Had a fantastic time at the Broome County Rabbit Breeders show in
Ithaca, NY. I was so glad that I convinced Lisa Brown to come with me. We always have such a good time together.
Show was great, humidity horrible. Bunnies did really well and I was very pleased with the outcomes. I was so
happy that Lisa won BOB with her Seal Jr Doe Eclipse at the NRLRC Specialty Show. CONGRATS LISA!!! It was really
nice to see the NY lionhead breeders and catch up. Lori Doss did a fantastic job as Show Secretary for the Specialty
Show, THANKS LORI for stepping up to take over the arrangements so we could have a fantastic specialty. Also special
thanks to Jennifer Grande for taking over as acting president so the club was not disbanded. Missed you at the show,
hope your feeling better Jen. Congratulations to Diana Hunt who won BOB in Show B and Jennifer Grande for BOS in Show A.
Again Congratulations to Lisa Brown's BOB and Anna Caccia's BOS win at the NRLRC Specialty. Lisa we have got to do more
shows together....we have too much FUN!!!!

| BOB AutumnStar's Stryker & BOS Melissa Kelly and her Blue Tort Doe |
What a rush, I was so busy with my family there. My Aunt Patty
brought her mini rex's to show. It was her first show and she was glowing. I believe she had a great time, her
one mini rex doe got BOSV in the Tri County show. My mother, son, niece, nephew and of course Mike were all in tow.
My son Evan showed his Hollands and did well placing 3rd and 4th in class with his rew buck and blk tort buck. My nephew
showed my polish buns getting a BOV with my jr. black doe Widow in the second show. Sarah helped me with the lions.
I was so exhausted by the end of the day from running from each 4 tables through out the day helping the fam get the rabbits
up on time. Congratulations to Missy Kelly with her BOS and BOB with that beautiful Blue Tort Doe and Lorlei
Long for her BOS win with her Rew Buck.

NALRC NATIONALS 5-1-10 What a whirlwind.
I can't believe it's over. What an exciting time!!! Thank you so much Lisa Brown for going with me. You
are the best driving buddy I could have asked for. We had such a good time. First time at nationals and I was
surprized how smoothly it went. It was odd for me not putting my buns on the table, but a good experience. The
show was wonderful. Great Job Missy!!! Well it was great meeting new people and placing faces with names from facebook.
Congratulations to the BOB winner Nita Roy and BOS winner Lydia West. They were beautiful rabbits and well deserving
of said awards and proud example of excellent lionheads. In hindsight the only thing I would do different is have risers
made for my rabbits and not taking a second breed....will remember that for next year. I was thrilled how well my rabbits
did for being so new to the breed and 1st time attendee to Nationals. AutumnStar's Stryker won BOSV for Siamese Sable,
he is the son of my beloved favorite bunny Ms Kitty. So I was so proud of him and his mother for giving him some good
genes. I also got BOV with my beautiful Black doe AutumnStar's Onyx, how exciting. AutumnStar's Ivory, my Rew
doe, was DQ'd for no break and BoJo Bunnies Dusk placed in the top 5. I also showed my polish during that weekend in
Ohio and also did well. My broken chocolate Doe won BOB...never thought that would ever happen cause of her lack of
color but she did. She also got BOV giving me two more legs allowing her to be registered as a Grand Champion...YAHOO!!
I also bought 3 bunnies from Dawn Guth; Bastet's Appollomi - Smoke pearl doe, Bastet's Styx -Siamese sable buck and
Bastet's Delilah - Siamese sable doe. It was a wonderful weekend. We have a date for next year Lisa :O)
